On the app, you can find the auto-run options. When you check "Start with Windows" option, the app will automatically start and update your wallpaper when you turn your computer on.
You can also check "Exit after update" to quit the app after it updates your wallpaper. It's recommended if your turn your computer off everyday.

Sometimes you need more time to appreciate your wallpaper. Don't worry, if you have "Start with Windows" enabled, you can choose the update interval just below this option.
The options are: Daily, Weekly or Monthly.
Or you can disable "Start with Windows" so you can update manually whenever you feel like to.
